About us

Easy2Clean provides a premium differentiated service with advantages and benefits that are hardly found in other operators, where service quality and commitment are the main factors.
Our service’s quality is the result of demanding training provided to all of our technicians in which all details are considered in their work routine such as regular cleaning of extractor hoods, glasses and the repositioning of all objects/details in its original place when cleaning surfaces.

Our commitment

The Commitment is to execute the contracted tasks in a punctual, methodical and professional manner without excuses or extraordinary explanations to justify the unjustifiable and whenever justified the company will assume any responsibilities.
For all this to be effectively possible after each intervention our customers may be prompted with a brief questionnaire regarding quality levels of the most important service items.

How do we operate?

Easy2Clean works with several professional partners as suppliers of the best and most advanced cleaning products and equipment for each type of task, considering the most demanding environmental rules and the customers preference.
Easy2Clean also has strict environmental guidelines which make way for a demanding selection of the best and most effective cleaning products, with no exception.
Our employees are always equipped with adequate clothing, gloves and appropriate footwear to ensure their safety and hygiene but also to protect customers and their belongings.
Our services are provided according to the service specifications and with the Client’s agreement, by one or more technicians, in order to guarantee an efficient and meticulous execution of the tasks in a timely manner.
We intend to give customer the service they want in the way they want it without jeopardizing the levels of quality and commitment that Easy2Clean imposes on itself.

Hiring our services

Once a contact has been established by the customer (by phone, email or in person), if deemed justified a person in charge will go to the space in question to get in touch with the details and needs of the customer. This pre evaluation is important to establish the specifics of the work to be done in order to later on present an adequate solution proposal and a quote.
With the customer’s involvement, the number of professionals, periodicity and time to be dedicated to the tasks to be performed will be established at this point.
Nothing prevents that, after the first work sessions and at any time, an update to the preestablished conditions may be performed including increasing or decreasing the number of employees, increasing or decreasing the cadence of executions, always with a nuclear involvement of the customer’s and their needs.

The company’s operational headquarters are in the city of Porto, in the Industrial Area, which is the starting point for the company’s geographic area of action.

Despite having it’s corporate headquarters in Lisbon, Parque das Nações, Easy2Clean’s services are currently only available in the north of the country, in the city of Porto (AMP), although there are plans to extend the service to the whole country in a near future.
