It will be rescheduled with the customer’s agreement.

Generally speaking, yes. In case of illness or absolute impossibility of one of the elements a replacement technician will be allocated.

Is a contract necessary?

An adhesion contract is not necessary except for companies. For domestic customers a written commitment will suffice.

Do I need to be at home at the time of cleaning?

No. It is at the discretion of the client who must ensure access to the intervention areas.

Do you use environmentally aggressive chemicals?

No, our products are EU certified as well as environment, people and animal friendly. However you should initially report any allergies or other events.
